Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in South Carolina in good standing
• Ability to supervise and coach CNAs
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• Demonstrates professionalism and clinical skills
• Clear verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and care teams to ensure quality service.
• Lead and support CNAs through supervision, coaching, and orientation of new staff.
• Engage residents to promote participation and high standards of care.
