Job summary

Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community in Charleston, SC, seeks a dedicated LPN to join our skilled nursing team, delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a respectful, compassionate environment.

The LPN will oversee resident care, assist with medication administration, document clinically, and support CNAs through supervision and coaching. Applicants must be SC-licensed, BLS certified or willing to obtain, and committed to professional, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed (LPN) by the state of South Carolina and in good standing with a current active license.
• Must have the ability and knowledge to act in a supervisory capacity.
• BLS certification OR willingness to get certified within 3 months of employment.
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism and clinical skills.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
