Job summary

United Methodist Communities’ Bristol Glen in Newton, NJ is seeking an LPN in skilled nursing. Earn $33 to $40 an hour, with $2.00 more per hour on evenings and $2.00 on overnights.

You’ll care for residents in short‑term rehab and long‑term care, follow each resident’s care plan, give medications, participate in care conferences, and collaborate with families and the care team to support recovery and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license required.
• Previous nursing experience as an LPN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' condition and report changes to the RN.
• Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide hands-on nursing care per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments and chart promptly.
• Contribute to care planning and care conferences.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to support recovery and comfort.
