Job summary

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or compact RN license.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Flu vaccination (exemptions available).

Responsibilities

• Assess and track each resident's health during your shift.
• Give medications and treatments, and document them on time.
• Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide hands-on care based on each resident's care plan.
• Help build and update care plans with the care team.
• Keep families and physicians informed about changes.
