Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for each resident.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
• Provide nursing services.
• Conduct and document evaluations of residents’ medical status throughout treatment.
