Aviata at Palma Sola Bay in Bradenton, FL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care to residents and patients, supporting daily living activities under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services to residents and patients
• Conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment
• Perform other duties as assigned
