Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across our service area. You will work in a home-based setting with consistent assignments and a manageable pace to make a meaningful impact on patients and their families.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts. You will receive weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing clinical support from Maxim's local teams.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
