Maxim Healthcare is seeking an on-site LPN to provide 1:1 home-based nursing care, delivering services in patients' homes with a focus on safety and quality. This role offers consistent assignments, a manageable pace, and the chance to impact patients and families.

Active LPN license and BLS required; 1+ year experience preferred. We support flexible shifts—days, evenings, nights—and provide comprehensive benefits and local clinical support.
