Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care across your assigned service area. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support each patient’s individualized care plan.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
