Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct 1:1 home-based care to patients in Kentucky. You will monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans in patients' homes with consistent assignments.

This full-time, part-time, or PRN role offers weekly pay and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing clinical support from a local team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).
