Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license.
• Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills.

• Prior long‑term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on assigned units.
• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration and wound care.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to physicians and families.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident needs are met and policies followed.
• Coordinate transportation needs for residents with staff.
