Qualifications

• Graduate from a state-approved school of practical nursing.
• Current, unrestricted MA LPN license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed.
• Document all patient care activities in electronic records.
• Obtain vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Educate patients and families; maintain confidentiality and privacy.
