Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a patient‑focused environment. The LPN will provide nursing care, coordinate patient care, and support the unit's flow and quality initiatives.

This role requires MA LPN licensure and current BLS certification, with a preference for 1 year of med-surgical experience. This non-exempt position offers a 40-hour schedule with potential signing bonus and the opportunity to work in a leading health system serving Central

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license issued by the MA Board of Registration in Nursing OR equivalent BLS certification for healthcare providers required upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for assigned patients under supervision of Nurse Director or designee.
• Adhere to nursing processes, documentation, and policy/procedure.
• Delegate appropriately and communicate with staff, physicians, and administration.
• Assist in hospital council/committee participation and pursuit of learning experiences.
