Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license.
• At least one year of experience as an LPN or RN in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Presents bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
• Prepares and administers prescribed medications and records administration.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors equipment and interprets electronic displays.
• Consults with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to life-saving situations according to nursing standards and protocol.
• Participates in discharge planning and ensures proper documentation.
• Maintains time management and completes care in a timely manner.
• Performs other position-related duties as assigned.
