Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in Englewood, NJ is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee and mentor a team in the Wellness/Resident Services Center, guiding ADLs and medication administration while maintaining safety and quality of life for residents.

The role serves as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, requires active LPN licensure, and strong supervision and MARs knowledge. Dementia experience is a plus; compassionate care is essential.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (State of NJ)
• CPR certification
• Experience supervising nursing/medication staff in assisted living or similar setting
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer's/dementia a plus
• Caring, reliable, observant with MARs and doctors' orders
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to the Director of Wellness' instructions
• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience
• Maintain active LPN certification and be driven to improve residents' quality of life
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus
• Be caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors' orders
• Excel in prioritizing, multitasking and working independently
