Job summary

Shelby Gardens Senior Living in Cordova is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our resident care team.

As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, coordinate with physicians and families, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting a patient-centered environment.

Shifts include Day 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and Overnight 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with a focus on safety, empathy, and teamwork to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment.
• A genuine passion for caring for older adults.
