Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Administers medications including IV therapy (if certified) per protocol.
• Assists in controlled substance counts and responds to health emergencies.
• Supports medical procedures and documents nursing encounters.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings and training.
