Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring part-time/per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in New Jersey. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, placing residents first.
• Assess, observe, and evaluate residents, document in EMR, notify RN/provider as needed.
• Update care plans as care needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties promptly.
