Willow Valley Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. You will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and administer medications in a supportive environment.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans for residents. Requirements include LPN license and CPR certification; prior senior care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with CPR certification.
• Experience in senior care or assisted living preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care to residents according to established protocols.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting) as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to nursing supervisor.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physician or nursing supervisor.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans.
