Qualifications

• Active LPN license or RN per state regulations.
• Minimum of two years of licensed nurse experience.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per resident care plans and policies.
• Assess residents' health status and monitor for changes.
• Administer medications and document appropriately.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other providers.
• Support health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and updates.
• Assist with care planning and resident evaluations.
• Collaborate with caregivers and leadership to ensure quality care.
• Respond to concerns and emergencies with sound clinical judgment.
