Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our De Smet, SD location to provide professional nursing care in a long-term care setting. This PRN role works under supervision with a focus on safety, comfort and individualized care.

You will participate in care planning, administer medications, monitor residents and document interactions, while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well‑being.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license in state of practice.
• Experience with residents in long-term care or similar setting preferred (400 hours of supervised clinical work).
• Strong communication and confidentiality when interacting with residents, families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to residents under supervision of RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Contribute to care plans and resident assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident well‑being.
