Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in Carthage, MO. You will administer medications and maintain comprehensive resident records while collaborating with a multidisciplinary Healthcare Team.

We offer Full-Time Day and Evening, Part-Time Evenings/Nights, with New PRN Weekend options and a $4,000 Full-Time Sign-on Bonus. Weekend differential up to $4/hr is also available.

Qualifications

• MO LPN license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; nursing degree preferred.
• 1+ year LPN experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Healthcare Team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and families on disease management, medication use, and other health-related topics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care and service.
