Aspire Senior Living in Carthage, MO is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

We offer opportunities for full-time day or evening shifts, rotating weekends, and a $4,000 full-time sign-on bonus along with weekend differential pay. Part-time options and PRN weekend availability may apply.

Formación

• Licensed Practical Nurse with MO licensure is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; nursing degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of LPN experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents; stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain up-to-date medical histories, care plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate to develop individualized care plans with other professionals.
• Educate residents and families on disease management and medications.
• Participate in quality improvement to uphold care standards.
