Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in our long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will perform nursing duties, administer medications, and document care.

The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and engagement with residents and families to support health and well-being. Qualified candidates graduate from an accredited LPN program; an associate degree is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles and age/population appropriate standards.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document interactions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident health and well-being.
• Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans.
