LPN program completion required.
PA BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Facilitates the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures and maintains the sterile field.
Performs appropriate surgical counts according to facility policy and organizes case carts.
Collaborates with the operating room circulator to prepare the room and gather sterile supplies and equipment.
Prepares and maintains the sterile field using sterile techniques and ensures equipment functions properly.
Performs in-between case turnover in the operating room suite.
