Job summary

Delta-T Group Hartford, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (School Nurse) to provide 1:1 care for medically fragile students in Farmington, CT, for the 2026-2027 school year. New grads welcome and opportunities include per-diem and ongoing schedules during normal school hours.

Responsibilities include administering medications, taking vitals, and communicating with parents. May involve bus runs or field trips while monitoring vitals and ensuring student safety.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current in-person CPR.
• Ability to complete and pass FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal clearances.
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including physical examination, TB test, vaccines as requested.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
