Job summary

Delta-T Group Hartford, Inc. is seeking a School Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 care for medically fragile students in New London, CT and surrounding towns for the 2026-2027 school year. New grads welcome. Per-diem and ongoing school-hour schedules available.

Responsibilities include administering medications, taking vitals, and communicating with parents as needed. Must have RN license, CPR, and ability to pass required clearances; may accompany students on bus runs or field trips as required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current in-person CPR.
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal.
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including physical examination, TB test, and vaccines as requested.
