Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a licensed LPN to support public school districts in Washington for the school year. This in-person role offers a schedule aligned with the school calendar, with ASAP start and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities include managing care for students with chronic conditions, 1:1 support, immunization coordination, first aid, and emergency planning. New grads are welcome to apply and there are comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• WA state nursing license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• New grads welcome.
• Current negative TB result.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with providers, teachers, and parents.
• Provide 1:1 support including g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precautions, etc.
• Monitor and manage immunization records for compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents about child health status and follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Occasional bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
