Job summary

Ro Health is seeking licensed LPNs to work in Washington public school districts for the school year, offering a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities to obtain a school nurse services credential.

Positions are in-person across Washington state with Monday–Friday hours during the school year and ASAP start. Ro Health provides PTO, health benefits, commuter perks, and ongoing clinical support to staff.

Qualifications

• WA state nursing license.
• New grads welcome.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Current negative TB result.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• 1:1 support that may include g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precaution, etc
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
