Job summary

Rosewood Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Wound Care Nurse/RN (WCC, WOCN) to join our team in Missouri. The role involves direct nursing care with a focus on wound management in a skilled nursing setting.

You will collaborate with wound care providers, oversee nursing staff wound treatments, and educate CNAs and nurses on wound care and prevention to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Some wound care experience preferred.
• Certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum Experience: 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Complete wound treatments for residents in skilled nursing facility.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans; monitor, record and communicate resident condition.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Coordinate with wound care providers; oversee nursing staff wound treatments.
