Green Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Green, Ohio is seeking licensed LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. We offer 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, with a weekend warrior differential and a monthly attendance bonus. TAPCHECK app enables daily pay after probation.

Responsibilities include delivering quality nursing care, documenting patient information, and ensuring safety. Requires Ohio LPN license, valid driver’s license, and basic IT skills to use our records system.

FT Nights 7pm-7:30am

FT Days 7am-7:30pm

Offering 12 hour shifts. Work only 3 days a week = full time! Leaving you more free days

$2.00 shift diff for nights.

Monthly attendance bonus $1 extra dollar for every hour worked.

Green Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is a 69 bed facility with all private rooms located in Green, Ohio and is rated a 5-star facility by CMS.

Position Requirements

- LPN license with Ohio License

- Valid Ohio Driver’s License

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
