Job summary

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center on Pineville, NC, is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and registered nurses (RNs) for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time employees.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, treatments, assessments, and supervising CNAs, with a focus on resident outcomes in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for our 2nd shift team (3p–11p). This is a key shift within our building, and we are seeking dependable, team-oriented nurses who are committed to providing quality care in a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
• Supervise and support CNAs on the unit
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available
• Every other weekend required
