Job summary

Madisonville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a LPN or RN Unit Manager to lead daily clinical operations on the unit, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality, compliant care in a compassionate environment.

The role focuses on coordinating resident care, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and partnering with ADON/DON to address care concerns while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in State.
• At least 1 year of experience as LPN/RN in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of Matrixcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations on the unit and guide nursing staff.
• Coordinate resident care and ensure high-quality care in compliance with laws and facility guidelines.
• Conduct rounds and assess resident conditions to update care plans as needed.
• Direct and develop RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the unit to maintain care standards.
• Monitor medications, IV duties, and incidents; document nursing notes.
