Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Maryland seeks a LPN/RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a 295-bed setting.

Qualified candidates hold a Maryland RN/LPN license with BLS, have at least 5 years of nursing experience including 1–2 years in supervision, and possess strong regulatory knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Maryland RN or LPN license.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and applicable regulations.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervise nursing staff.
• Oversee daily nursing operations for safe, person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies.
• Coordinate resident care plans and interdisciplinary communication.
• Support accurate documentation per standards and regulations.
• Address clinical concerns and facilitate issue resolution.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical goals.

Hourly Range: $40.00 – $50.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

Shift Differentials ($2.50 For 3pm -11pm & $2.00 For 11pm - 7am)

Responsibilities for Nurse Supervisor:

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, and person-centered care delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Assist in coordinating resident care plans and ensuring timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• Support accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to clinical concerns and assist in resolving issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility-wide clinical goals.

Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in the state of Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide, support, and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and high standards of care.
