Job summary

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking Registered Nurses to provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident health, and implement individualized care plans. The role supports compassionate, high-quality nursing across shifts in a 295-bed facility.

This facility emphasizes patient dignity, teamwork, and adherence to safety and documentation standards, with opportunities for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per-Diem roles along with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

8 HOUR SHIFTS (FT/PT): 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Or 11:00PM - 7:00AM

12 HOUR SHIFTS (FT): 7:00AM - 7:00PM Or 7:00PM - 7:00AM

Weekend Only SHIFT (FT): 7:00AM - 11:00PM

Hourly Rate: $40.00 – $50.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

No Frills Program For Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials ($2.50 For 3pm -11pm & $2.00 For 11pm - 7am)

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
