Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Maryland seeks a Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure safe, person-centered care for residents. • Must possess a current, active RN or LPN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities for supervising staff.
• Ability to collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Hourly Range: $40.00 – $50.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

Shift Differentials ($2.50 For 3pm -11pm & $2.00 For 11pm - 7am)

Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in the state of Maryland.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide, support, and collaborate with team members.

• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and high standards of care.
