Job summary

CareRite Centers seeks an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehab center. The supervisor oversees nursing staff, coordinates resident care, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance overnight.

The role includes supervising LPNs, RNs, and CNAs, completing assessments, managing medications and treatments, and supporting admissions and discharges in a hospitality-driven environment focused on strong clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN licensure in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff (LPNs/RNs/CNAs).
• Experience with overnight/nigh shift operations preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs, RNs and CNAs overnight.
• Complete resident assessments and care planning.
• Manage medications and treatments for residents.
• Respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies.
• Support admissions and discharges and coordinate resident care.
