The Orchards Michigan, located in Three Rivers, MI, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. This full‑time position offers base wages of $35–$38/hour plus up to $8.10/hour MI stipend, shift differentials, and a perfect attendance bonus, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full and part-time roles.

LPN licensure in Michigan is required; 1 year of LPN experience is preferred. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and tuition

The Orchards Michigan, located in Three Rivers, MI is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned
• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications and Skills:

• LPN Experience : 1 year (Preferred)
• Michigan LPN Licensure (Required)
