The Orchards at Canterbury on the Lake in Waterford Twp, MI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, administer medications, and assist in patient admissions and discharges.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid LPN Licensure and be prepared to participate in the planning and execution of nursing care, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance as well as vacation time.

• 1 year of LPN Licensure preferred.

The Orchards at Canterbury on the Lake, located in Waterford Twp, MI is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications and Skills:

• LPN Licensure: 1 year (Preferred)
