Bethany Health Care Center is actively hiring for LPN and RN positions, offering 1st shift per diem and 2nd shift 24-32 hours per week with differential pay. Weekend shifts add $5 per hour, 2nd shift adds $1 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current MA LPN/RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2–4 years' experience, preferably in a LTC setting.
• Nursing management experience required.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with electronic medical records.
• Demonstrates supervisory professionalism; compassionate with elderly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and assist in delivering resident care per DPH & OBRA in a medium LT care facility.
• Serve as support and resource for nurses and unit managers on resident planning and staffing.
• Oversee CNAs staff supervision and interface with physicians for planning and care.
• Assist in training, evaluation, and retention of staff.
• Lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings and engage with families.
