Faith Haven Senior Careteam in Michigan is seeking an LPN to deliver skilled nursing care on the 2nd shift in a multidisciplinary setting. You will assess patient needs, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to update care plans.

You will participate in a caring team, manage nursing assistants, and contribute to a safe, healing environment with a focus on excellent service and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Michigan and CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities for personalized care plans and problem solving.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments and administer care per physician orders.
• Administer medications and advise on changes to treatment plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for physiologic and psychosocial well-being.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.
• Oversee Nurse Aide team including direction, training, recognition and evaluations.
