Job summary

Bethany Health Care Center in Framingham, MA is seeking a supervisory nursing leader for 1st and 2nd shifts. Per diem and part-time hours with shift differentials, including weekends, offer competitive compensation and benefits.

You will supervise CNAs, coordinate resident care, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality geriatric care. Requirements include MA LPN/RN license in good standing, 2–4 years in LTC, and strong organizational, communication, and assessment

Qualifications

• Current MA LPN/RN License in good standing.
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience, preferably in a LTC setting.
• Nursing management experience required.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
• Proficient computer skills. Experience with electronic medical records.
• Demonstrates the role of supervisor in a professional and courteous manner.
• Patience, compassion, and a desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and assist in the delivery of resident care per DPH & OBRA regulations in a medium-sized long-term care facility.
• Act as support and resource person for nurses and unit managers regarding resident consultation and staffing.
• Supervise CNAs and interface with physician staff for planning and implementing nursing care; provide clinical expertise.
• Work with the DON to improve the quality of resident care and services; assist in training, evaluation and retention of staff.
• Interact with families and conduct interdisciplinary care plan meetings.

Job Summary

Salary Range $37.50 to $48 depending on credentials, experience and worked shifts
