Job summary

Gardens of Fairfax in Cleveland, OH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for the day shift to provide resident-centered care and promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.

You will deliver skilled nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

We are seekinga compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) orRegistered Nurse (RN) to join ourteam for theday shift. You willensure accurate andtimely documentationof all nursingcare, communicate effectivelywith physicians, families, and interdisciplinaryteam members, andparticipate in developingand updating individualizedcare plans.

Additional responsibilitiesinclude supervising andsupporting Certified NursingAssistants (CNAs), ensuringcompliance with infectioncontrol practices andsafety protocols, completingadmissions, discharges,and transfers asneeded, and maintainingcompliance with stateand federal regulations, facility policies, andnursing standards. Youwill assistwith wound care, medication management,physician orders, andresidenteducation while fosteringa positive, respectful, and team-orientedwork environment. Thesuccessful candidate willdemonstrate excellent clinicaljudgment, strong organizationalandcommunication skills, theability to prioritizemultiple responsibilitiesin a fast-paced environment, anda genuine passionfor delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
