Job summary

Gardens of Fairfax in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a compassionate, dependable nurse for the day shift. The successful candidate will deliver skilled nursing care, assess residents, monitor health status, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document care accurately.

You will communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team, develop and update individualized care plans, supervise CNAs, ensure infection control and safety, manage admissions and discharges,

We are seekinga compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) orRegistered Nurse (RN) to join ourteam for theday shift. Additional responsibilitiesinclude supervising andsupporting Certified NursingAssistants (CNAs), ensuringcompliance with infectioncontrol practices andsafety protocols, completingadmissions, discharges,and transfers asneeded, and maintainingcompliance with stateand federal regulations, facility policies, andnursing standards. Youwill assistwith wound care, medication management,physician orders, andresidenteducation while fosteringa positive, respectful, and team-orientedwork environment. Thesuccessful candidate willdemonstrate excellent clinicaljudgment, strong organizationalandcommunication skills, theability to prioritizemultiple responsibilitiesin a fast-paced environment, anda genuine passionfor delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
