Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN is required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nurse practice act and regulations.
• Oversee care staff and promote safety initiatives.
• Administer and document medications with the five rights.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and leadership.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and MAR documentation.
• Support fall prevention and infection prevention practices.
