Job summary

Willow Valley Communities in Willow Street, PA is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our dedicated nursing team. In this Independent Living Nurse role, you will promote resident health, wellness, and peace of mind while delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

You will respond to urgent needs, perform assessments and treatments, administer medications, and help develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• AED response training
• Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
• Passion for delivering exceptional resident care

Responsibilities

• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers

Competitive Pay

LPN: $22.50 - $26.50/hour, based on experience RN: $30.00 - $34.00/hour, based on experience

Shift and weekend differentials available

What You'll Do

As an Independent Living Nurse, you will play an important role in promoting Resident health, wellness, and peace of mind. In this rewarding position, you will:

• Respond to urgent Resident needs and wellness concerns
• Perform clinical assessments, treatments, and diagnostic testing
• Administer medications, immunizations, and wound care
• Communicate with Residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Help develop and implement individualized care plans
• Support Team Member health services, including TB testing, immunizations, and injury assessments
• Provide health education and wellness guidance to Residents

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification
• AED Response Training
• Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN License
• Passion for providing exceptional Resident care and service

Schedule

Part-Time

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM 24 hours one week, 16 hours the next, with every other holiday and every other weekend.

Schedule rotation: Saturday, Sunday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday
