Willow Valley Communities is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN for its Independent Living Nursing team. You will provide compassionate clinical care to Residents, perform assessments, treatments, immunizations, and wound care, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure personalized care plans.

Qualifications

Current CPR Certification.
AED training or certification.
Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license.

Responsibilities

Responding to urgent Resident needs and wellness concerns.
Performing clinical assessments, treatments, and diagnostic testing.
Administering medications, immunizations, and wound care.
Communicating with Residents, families, and healthcare providers.
Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Supporting health services activities and TB testing.

LPN: $22.50-$26.50/hour based on experience

RN: $30.00-$34.00/hour based on experience

Shift and weekend differentials available
