Valley View Retirement Community in Pennsylvania is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents in our Personal Care program. You will lead Resident Assistants and deliver hands-on nursing care in alignment with regulations and our values.

This role offers 2 12-hour night shifts, opportunities to guide, ensure care plans are followed, and to participate in surveys, documentation, and quality improvement while promoting person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Practical Nursing License (LPN).
• Knowledge of Personal Care Home regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to lead, guide, and support Resident Assistant team members.
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Commitment to mission-driven, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services including personal care, medication support, meals, and activities.
• Direct the day-to-day work of Resident Assistants with guidance and oversight.
• Review resident support plans to stay informed of needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with Personal Care Home regulations, policies, and clinical standards.
• Participate in facility surveys and regulatory inspections as requested.
• Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reports, and resident records.
• Report discrepancies related to physician orders, diet changes, or charting concerns.
• Support resident dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times.

In this meaningful leadership role, you will deliver hands‑on nursing support while guiding Resident Assistants and ensuring care is delivered in accordance with regulations, best practices, and our mission‑driven values.

• 6:00PM - 6:30AM 2 12-hour shifts Every other weekend & holiday

What You’ll Do
