Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and support for residents and guests.

• Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate with residents, guests, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents, guests, and team members.

The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.
