Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking an LPN or RN for the Full-Time Nights shift at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE. The role offers a starting pay of $38.00+ per hour for RN and $31.50+ per hour for LPN, with care for guests and residents in a post-acute rehab and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care for guests and residents.

• Complete documentation accurately and timely.

Schedule: Full-Time Nights, 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Starting Pay: RN starting at $38.00+ per hour | LPN starting at $31.50+ per hour, depending on experience

This state-of-the-art community combines innovative therapy, exceptional hospitality, and quality care to help guests and residents recover, maintain independence, and receive support in a welcoming environment.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Provide quality nursing care and support for guests and residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• Monitor guest and resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team
• Support guests and residents with dignity, comfort, and respect
• Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Communicate with guests, residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Help create a positive, supportive environment for guests, residents, and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults
